BRISBANE’S FAVORITE

Choose from the following meat;

Fewer than 50 people TWOmeats, Over 50 people THREE meats

Prime Beef, Succulent Pork, Tender Lamb or Baked Ham.

Choose FIVEitems from our Famous Salads and/or Delicious Hot Vegetables list.

With this menu you also receive; 

A Fruit platter (provided for 50 or more guests),

Bread Rolls,

All Condiments, salt and pepper,

Gravy and Butter.

All served from our decorated buffet table using stainless steel cutlery & quality disposable plates and dinner napkins.

Uniformed staff to carve and help serve your guests and clean up afterwards.

Minimum 40 Guests between Oct and Dec.

 

Menu 2

GOURMET BUFFET

Choose from the following meats;

Fewer than 50 people TWOmeats, Over 50 people THREE meats

Cajun Beef; tender rib fillet rolled in Cajun seasoning,

Marinated Pork; Loin of pork marinated in a delicious oriental barbecue sauce,

Succulent Marinated Leg of Lamb; marinated in honey, mustard and herb mixture,

Baked Leg Ham and/or Roasted Turkey breast.

With this menu you can choose a total of FIVESalads and/or Hot Vegetables from any of our menus.

With this menu you also receive;

Hot jacket potatoes with butter and garlic herbs.

(Any one salad can be replaced by Potato Salad or Rice Salad)

All appropriate condiments, salt, pepper and Fresh baked bread rolls.

Served from our decorated buffet table using stainless steel cutlery, quality disposable plates (they don’t bend or break) and quality dinner napkins.

Uniformed staff that will carve, serve your guests and clean up are all included in the cost.

With this menu you receive a choice of THREEVegetables from our Hot Vegetable list plus RICE or PASTA is included.

LIGHT MEAL OPTION

The light meal includes a choice of TWO meats with RICE or PASTA and a mixed combo of Vegetables.
